Delivery: costs and deadlines
Delivery is free to relay points from €89 of purchase in mainland France, Corsica included, and in Monaco. Home delivery remains chargeable according to the rates below.
Preparation and monitoring of your order
Orders for items in stock are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 working days. After shipment, transport generally takes 2 to 4 working days in mainland France and 3 to 7 working days in the European Union, depending on the destination.

Taxes and import charges
For deliveries to Switzerland, Swiss VAT and customs clearance fees may apply in addition. These amounts are not included in the price of the products nor in the delivery costs indicated.
These taxes and fees remain the responsibility of the recipient. They must be paid with the carrier or the organization responsible for customs clearance, according to the terms which will be communicated to you.
Collection of your parcel
If you have chosen delivery to a relay point, or if your parcel is deposited at a collection point following an absence, remember to collect before the deadline indicated on the delivery notice or in the notification from the carrier.
To find out the collection location, its times and the delivery methods, consult the information sent by the carrier.
For collection at a post office or from a merchant: bring an identity document as well as your delivery notice or the notification of availability.
For collection from an automatic locker: use the collection codes or the QR code sent by the carrier and follow the instructions in your notification.
