Make up your fountain from this set of two tanks in AISI 304 stainless steel. The Big Berkey® format allows you to reuse compatible elements in good condition or to choose your new range of filters separately.

The capacity announced corresponds to storage in the lower tank; it is not added to the volume of the upper tank. Dimensions are rounded based on manufacturer measurements. The identification of people requires the addition of suitable filters.

The Big Berkey® has 4 locations in the upper tank. You can configure it with 2 elements, then add 2 additional compatible elements.
With 2 filters installed, the 2 caps provided close the remaining slots. All orifices must be occupied by a correctly installed element or plug.
Tanks alone do not filter water. Contaminant reduction, flow rate and duration of use depend on the elements actually installed. No filtration performance should be deduced from the volume of the fountain alone.
No filter element is not included. The filters and the raised base are chosen separately.
The protective gasket placed under the tank does not replace a raised base.
Tanks and tap: regularly clean the surfaces in contact with water. The manufacturer recommends monthly washing of the lower tank with soapy water, followed by careful rinsing.
Filters: remove them to clean the tanks and only follow the maintenance instructions specific to the elements installed.
Transport: empty the system and remove the filters. Also remove the faucet to fit the tanks together, then protect the parts separately.
Allow approximately 48.9 cm in height and 21.6 cm in diameter for the assembled tanks. Add the space needed to open the lid, fill the upper chamber and access the faucet.
Install the assembly on a flat, stable, water-resistant surface. If you add a base, check its compatibility with the tank model and take its dimensions into account.
Origin of the tanks: assembled in the United States from American and imported parts, according to the manufacturer.
